What areas do you build in?

How much does a new build or renovation cost?

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. OTJ Building Tas holds a Tasmanian Building Services Provider licence (No. 786933135) and full public liability and construction insurance, with certificates available on request.

Do you build energy-efficient or Passive House homes?

Yes — I'm a certified Passive House tradesman, a qualification I've held for 3+ years. High performance building isn't an optional upgrade here, it's the standard on every job: homes that are warmer in winter, cooler in summer, quieter, and cheaper to run.

What stage do I need to be at before I contact you?

Any stage — from owning land with no plans yet, through to fully engineered architectural drawings ready to build. Our enquiry form asks where you're at so we can point you in the right direction.
